go download avg antivirus free edition, after running the virus checker review the details on the files it found infected, it will show exactly which folder it is in, make sure you turn off system restore before deleting so it will be gone permenetly then after you find the file by following the path delete it and after you empty your recycle bin turn system restore back on :)
