Definitely! There are a ton of guys and girls who have barely any experience dating in high school that end up getting married! you really need to have perspective on this: high school is very temporary. you are going to change and grow to become a more mature person. also, it can just be a situational thing. if you don't connect with any girl on anything meaningful in high school, then why even bother dating them? its not a race to have a million girlfriends. just take your time, work on making yourself the person you want to be, and it will happen when you're least expecting it. i know that sounds cliche but its really true. good luck out there buddy!
