I suggest you check your height and weight on a bmi calculator such as http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm. Even these are not recommended for teenagers but it could give you a bit of an idea. As for your diet, do not starve yourself as this can slow your metabolism and you could end up gaining weight. Also make sure that with every serve of vegetables you have a protein source too.
The healthiest way to lose weight is to have a high protein diet (lots of meat, or if your a vegetarian tofu, legumes etcetera) and low carbohydrates (no bread, dairy, starch). Snack every 2-3 hours on protein (for example: a slice of ham or tofu) and drink plenty of water (4+ litres a day). Consider taking metamucil, as this will cleanse your insides of excess waste. You can have one free day each week to eat bread, starches, even a bit of chocolate but you must return to the program the next day.
Exercise: muscle burns more fat, so be sure to do around 3-4 weight training sessions a week. Cardio (running, cycling) is a quick fat burner, but in order to keep burning fat automatically you will need to do the weight training too. Make sure you walk/run or ride where ever possible. Examples: take the stairs, get off the bus a stop earlier. These are all small easy changes that make the world of difference.
This has helped me and I hope it helps you to lose 10kg in a month.
It's possible to lose 50 pounds in 5 months if you follow a strict diet, drink a lot of water and exercise daily. Good luck. You can do this.
Although it is possible to lose 50 lbs in 3 months, it's considered dangerous. You should exercise, lower calorie intake, drink lots of water and avoid junk food.
Highly unlikely , but possible...............Drink water, exercise
If your concern is whether alcohol you drank ten months ago will show up on a drug test now, the answer is no. Alcohol usually clears the system in less than 24 hours.
To lose kilograms would be needing to eat healthy food instead of junk food, exercise, and drink more water.
If you mean alcohol,as little as possible and if you mean water then as much as you can get.
can a baby of 5 months drink Grape Juice?
Ok nothing you can eat will make you tall, you are limited by your genetics to determine your growth potential if your family's has a history of being short or tall they will most likely be so, all you can do is eat all the nutrition you need in a day and get enough sleep and exercise and you will most definitely reach your full potential or full possible limit to your height
yes ,,,by who ?
Any diet plan that invovles reducing your caloric intake and increasing your exercise. Reduce how much eat, control portion sizes, and exercise. Also drink plenty of water.
It is possible to drink very little water or a lot of water depending on whether you have other sources for hydration. A person who eats a lot of fruits and vegetables for instance may drink less water because they're getting hydration from their food.
