You should tell him that you like him but if he likes you too he should wait till you're 16. A kiss on the cheek would lead to a much more complicated situation.Goodluck!

Example: If they promised to meet you some place to go to a movie or a party and didn't turn up, then that's not the end of the world, but you should let your friend know it's unacceptable behavior. If you are having a big problem and need the help of this person and they promised and then broke it, you need to find another friend!
