Im 16 and my period is very long sometimes going a little over a month and I dont know why this is I dont really want to go to a gyno because its obviously unconfortable what should I do?

What's uncomfortable, the long period or going to the gynecologist? Going to a gynecologist isn't so bad. I mean, you don't wish the examination would last longer, but it is done with care and doesn't take that long. It's no worse than a whole lot of other things. Women do it all the time and it isn't a big deal.
So if that's what you're worried about, please go to the doc. It sounds like you need some real medical advice and not guesswork from amateurs.
