Im 9 days late for my period and have been experiencing lower abdominal pain which feels like period pains and have been experiencing this for a week or so have also been experiencing lower back?

I have been having the same problem. My period started Feb. 29th and went on into the beginning of March. It's now April 9th and I've had no period but had the cramps. Not so much the Back pain and you may start to notice orgasms give mild to moderate cramping that feels like you will start your period as well, but I've been reading up and it is a possible sign that you are pregnant and your body is preparing for the baby or it could mean the egg is implanting itself into your uterus...It's THAT early. These symptoms usually occur within DAYS of getting pregnant. If you have had no sexual intercourse then I would suggest seeing a doctor and possibly getting a blood test to make sure everything is ok.
