The son which King Arthur had with his half-sister, Morgan le Fay, was called Mordred.
Mordred's mother is debatable as she is sometimes his other half sister Morgause's son.
Morgan le Fay being Mordred's mother is a modern fiction invention. Literary traditions gives that role to Morgause, Arthur's half sister. She is also mother to Gawain, Agravain, Gaheris and Gareth by her husband Lot of Orkney.
Uther's son, Arthur, is taken by Merlin to be raised by Sir Ector. When the boy is old enough, presumeably in his mid to late teens, Merlin arranges for him to prove his lineage and true kingship by pulling the sword from the stone. Thus in King Arthur, Uther's son becomes King Arthur.
