Indian reservations encompassed millions of miles back in the 1800's. The government signed documents giving them soverienty. Meaning that our laws wouldn't apply there. But we have taken their land and now there is only a small piece which is theirs. They started to grow hemp only to be busted by the DEA. They are fighting this but the government is re-nigging on their contract. Therefore Indians are starving and sick without income and the gov. is devising a plan to help them or destroy them indefinitly.
