Kazakhstan is not at war, nor is it in a state of peace, as it is a Muslim country they hate each other, but the main problem is oil. There is a province near China with oil, and China is investing in that area and sending thousands of Chinese to live there, they are also renting land to grow food, as are the countries in the Middle East as they have oil but no water. This province is upset about this and wants independence. Here is a simple equation Muslims = trouble.
