Is Propaganda is an unacceptable type of writing that promotes only problems and encourages a narrow viewpoint about things?

Propaganda certainly encourages a narrow viewpoint about things. It is designed to influence the perspective of people by making them react emotionally against anyone who holds an opinion contrary to the propagandist. Propaganda usually avoids approaching issues in an intellectually objective manner by calling the "enemy" names which instill feelings of contempt and dislike. Is it unacceptable? In practical terms, not at all. American political discourse is filled with propaganda in which members of the several parties attempt to tar and vilify those of the other party in order to make their adherents hate them. The same is true of politics in many other countries. Propaganda is an accepted practise in all countries of the world.

What are problems faced by multiculturalism?

There are no problems faced by multiculturalism. Multiculturalism encourages racial and ethnic harmony. How can educating people on accepting another culture and being made aware of the contributions to our nation from ALL cultures cause a problem? I feel that the only problems facing multiculturalism, are the people who do not believe in it and who do not embrace what it stands for.
