ummm i think it is. i got told to download the same thing and when i did the security thing popped up and it said that macromedia made it. anyway i hope this helps and make sure that if you' re installing something make sure that its not a fraud
Actually, Adobe bought Macromedia back in the end of 2005. So Adobe Flash is now what used to be Macromedia Flash back then.

∙ 10y agoOf course not! You do not need adobe flash player. Its more of a question do you want. When Windows Hate (8) was forced upon me, I now preach to pay close attention, let it be an alarm bell. You are being told that you wont function without satisfying this need. You only need oxygen, some calories and water, and that of course, is only if you WANT to continue living. Secretly, or not so secretly, all the big companies are now so deep into our personal psyches that is is happening now and we don't realize it, or do we. When will we have chips installed into ourselves and subsequently our children? Sure, under the premise of improving our quality of life, these chips will indeed increase ourlife span, no doubt. Please know that you will have to decide whether this is a want or a need. Hence, do you see the great social divide of the horizon?

∙ 15y agoAdobe Flash Player is a plugin for Web Browsers to display videos and animations. If you remove it, sites like YouTube will no longer function correctly.
