I don't know if the man was gay or not. Never met nor knew him! Loved his music, his swag, his outstanding performances. He was a modern " David" He wrote so many songs of love, and appreciation for the Lord. He was a producer, minister of music, preacher/teacher and anointed song writer. He was not without fault. "Thank You," is one of the greatest songs of all times. I also love, "What is this?" But of course his signature song is, "Marvelous."

I wish I could have met him and sang in his choir. He had so much charisma and personality. Don't mean any disrespect, but the Bishop was a looker, especially back in the day.

I hope he was not fornicator. He had been divorced over 25 yrs or so prior to his death. If so, he did not make it into the Kingdom unless he truly repented. He suffered in his body, he was forced to cease from physical sin, if any. We love sinners but not the sin! God gave him space to repent for God shows mercy on whomever he will. Also pancreatic cancer is very aggressive and fatal. God extended his life, people with pancreatic cancer usually do not survive a year after diagnosed. One thing for sure, his music is timeless and will live forever!
