Depends on what muscle groups you work out. here is a safe example for working out every day and night

Mon - 8:00 am - Biceps and Triceps 8:00 pm - Cardio

Tue - 12:00 pm - Shoulders and Chest 6:00pm - Hamstrings and Quads

Wed - 8:00 am - Abs and forearms 8:00 pm - Cardio

Thu - 12:00pm - Biceps and Triceps 6:00 pm - Calves

Fri - 8:00 am - Shoulders and Chest 8:00 pm - Cardio

Sat - 12:00pm - Abs and forearms 6:00pm - Hamstrings and Quads

Sun - 8:00 amd - Biceps and Triceps 8:00 pm - Cardio

The truth is, you should never exercise the same muscle back to back days if you are using weights. Muscles can easily tear, and muscle injury slows down the process of muscle building. Alternating targeted muscles daily is acceptable, for example you work out your triceps and biceps today, and tomorrow you work on your legs. NEVER work out the same muscle two days in a row. However, the only time it is acceptable is if you work out doing calisthenics. Calisthenics are workouts using your own body weight such as push ups, chin ups, pull ups, and dips. Applying your own body weight to your muscles forces less tension on your muscles which allows them to heal faster for the next day. The abdominal muscles heal extremely fast, sit ups and crunches are acceptable to do every single day and as a matter of fact, should be done every day. You should intake a lot of water daily and have plenty of sleep which helps fuel your muscle recovery.

it depends how much you work out that one part of your body, if you just work out your abs for 7 days straight, you will pretty much kill your abs. But if you do it every other day, it won't matter.

No it's fine it might be a bigger struggle than it usually is and it may keep you up the rest of the night but there isn't anything that will down grade you
