i think so because they are stopping you from minding your own business but you can unblock your things in the settings or options
Added: The companies are incapable of reaching into your computer and shutting down your programs. YOU had to have purchased and/or downloaded the company's programs yourself. Here's a suggestion - if you don't want the programs on your computer DELETE THEM!
