Absolutely, this is fair use. What isn't legal is to take credit for the video as your own because this is a violation of copy right laws.
Copy the Link for the Video and Paste it into a E-mail.
simply copy and paste into email,if you want to put word document into body of email then open document and press Ctrl+A this will select entire document,then copy on right click or Ctrl+C and paste into email,click inside body of email then right click and choose paste or press Ctrl+V
