Is it normal for a 13 year old to have a 3.5 in penis when erect and 2 and a half when not erect?

OK tough answer here 3.5" hard & 2" soft is pretty small for a boy in puberty, BUT the male penis tends to grow till about age 20, so there may be some further development... now read the rest of this it is important for you!

Penis size is one of the great lies that is told. The check is in the mail, The dog ate my homework, no officer I have no idea how fast I was going have all been added since the first guy lied about his penis size! Get over it, the average is a guess, there has never been a comprehensive study and it certainly isn't on your driver's license with your picture, hair color & weight.

The small sample studies that have been done always show the same thing, some guys are bigger some are smaller and almost all get bigger with an erection. Every study says 5-7" is the normal range and like any average that means some are bigger & some smaller.

12 is kind of young for puberty and a man's penis will generally change little once puberty is done. The erection should change the size by a factor of 2-4 times depending on the guy and even an erection is a vague thing. Not every erection a guy gets is the max it can be, some will be stronger than others.

Enjoy what ya get & don't worry about what the other guys have, someone will always be bigger & someone will always be smaller and THAT doesn't make either of you the better man.

Many women say that penis size is important, but that it is FAR from the most important part of pleasing a partner. Too much can be scary for a woman & too little can be disappointing but you get what ya get & that's the way the gene pool works.

No race of people is universally big nor always small all races have a wide range of sizes and shapes. NO one, no university, no government has a definitive study on penis size and if they did it would still be inconclusive because the penis is of "potential size" not of a definitive size. It is a variety of sizes as the day goes on, with the flaccid state being one size & the erect size varying greatly.

Make penis bigger?

Sorry but there's no possible way to increase the size of your penis, naturally and no pill or potion you buy online will do it either.

There is surgery, OUCH! There are Vacuum chambers that will draw extra blood into the penis, giving more volume & some temporary increase in volume, but it does not really increase the size of the penis, just the extent/ fullness of the erection. Viagra, Cialis & Levitra could make the same claim, but they don't permanently increase penis size! But it does decrease the size of your wallet! PLEASE don't fall for it.

There is also elastic "[penis] ring" that holds the blood in place and keeps an erection and does temporarily increase length and girth. Try an internet search for "Prolong Ring" not natural, but not a drug and not permanent, but they do work for improving erections.

Also worthy of note is that while size may matter, skill, care, love, oral, are all important parts of the sexual toolbox & since penis size is genetic, "you got what ya got" you better learn do the best you can with it!
