At seven months most women have all sorts of different aches and pains! You will need to be more specific about what the pain is. Is it your skin stretching? Or is it like a burn? You have to remember that as your pregnancy progresses your stomach is being pushed upwards and all your internal organs moved. Your stomach is probably around this area. Is the pain coming from your baby, or the other organs? To find the top of your uterus, lie on your back and push (quite firmly) and your should be able to feel the baby's head or bottom or shoulder. Your stomach muscles are also under a lot of strain. I guess you need to work out if the pain comes at a certain time (after you have eaten, when you are tired, when you have been standing too long). If you have any bleeding, go straight to a doctor! If you are worried about it being a contraction, remember that contractions "move" across your body - they may start in your stomach but ripple around to your back.
That could most likely just be the stretching of your stomach and you aren't used to the feel of that
yes that is totally normal, but not until later in your pregnancy.
I have been pregnant two times and have yet to feel the umbilical cord above my belly button.
I'm 11 weeks pregnant and my belly button has started to get firmer. My belly is also firmer and fuller, which is normal. My belly button is also a bit sore at times...I think this is because around weeks 16-20 it will start to pop out, which is also normal. your worries.
Depending on how far along you are, the height of your uterus might be above your belly button. Just wait until it is sitting under your ribcage!
They are located on top of the kidneys and normally are slightly above the belly button (navel). But there is tremendous variation in where a normal belly button is located on the abdominal wall.
If you have pain below your belly button and just above your groin, you could be either pregnant (pregnancy discomfort) or growing some cancer (testicular cancer for men).
It would depend upon how far you are into your pregnancy. The uterus will slowly grow in size and that is the hardness that you are feeling. As the uterus grows larger it will move further up into your abdomen and your entire stomach will soon be hard just the same! Good luck!
If your period arrives on the 1st of the month and then you have a second period on 28-31st of that month then this is normal. If your cycle is not like the one above then this isn't normal. Se your doctor as you may have a hormonal imbalance or be pregnant.
I assume you mean when the GP palpates your abdomen. If there is a pregnant uterus, the doctor is likely to notice. But if you are very newly pregnant and the doctor is not examining your uterus, he might miss it. It takes a few months for a pregnant uterus to move up above the pubic bone.
She should be 6 months old and above. She'd probably be pregnant for 28-32 days.
