You probably can as long as you are wearing goggles but it is not the safest thing to do. I have had contacts for 5 years and when you are at the beach or snorkeling then you should take the out; it is the safest solution.

∙ 13y agoMy eye doctor told me to get disposables contact lenses when swimming. I will be learning how to swim in a couple of months and nearsighted. With the 1 day disaposables contacts and googles, I am ready.
