Pumice - of volcanic origin - is not an intentional additive to food. It could be present, just like any dirt might be - in agricultural products grown in volcanic soils. Now, if you are referring to tomato pumice - which is a waste product of tomato juice production - that can sometimes be found in pet foods.
The difference in quality between premium pet food brands and generic foods is astounding. Premium pet foods are formulated to meet your pets nutritional needs and use high quality ingredients. Generic brands overuse filler ingredients and will have much less nutritional value. They may even have unhealthy levels of fat. It is worth it to spend a little extra and buy the better brand. Proper nutrition will help your pet stay healthy and live longer.

The ingredients to all foods and medicines legally must have the ingredients somewhere on the box or packaging. The list will be in small print and will tell you exactly how much of exactly what is in the item. Keep looking, it will be there somewhere. If it is not on the packaging- ask you pharmacist, they will be able to advise you on the ingredients or give you a better product.
It is probably safe for dogs to eat this product in moderation, but it is not a premium food. It was rated three stars out of five by an unbiased panel of dog food evaluators. Their conclusion was that it was higher in protein and fat, and lower in carbohydrates, than similar canned pet foods. It contains meat by-products, wheat gluten, artificial colors and other undesirable ingredients, but its main ingredients are water, chicken and (unspecified) liver. Personal thougts: While Cesar's Gourmet Filets is an acceptable supplemental food, it isn't of high enough quality to be a dog's main diet. There are many premium canned and dry foods available which would be much better choices.
