No. It is purely fictional and many of the drugs mentioned in the movie (Get him to the Greek) cannot be smoked. I disagree. Not sure if it's really called Jeffrey but it does exist. I was once given marijuana at a party and had the exact same reaction as the character in the movie. I later found out it did contain opium, angel dust and other ingredients that no one knew about. It was truly a horrifying experience.

I have never once heard this term used in the drug world before, but I suppose it's possible. In the movie description, a "Jeffry" was weed laced with probably every hard drug on the list, from crack cocaine to "X". Given this knowledge, someone who has the ability to get a hold of all of these drugs could potentially make it, but it is probably the dumbest idea in the world.

Marijuana, or weed, is a cardio-dilator. It makes your blood vessels open up, and lets it flow more freely and in more quantities through your body, which is what causes the red "stoner eyes". Now, things like crack and heroin are forms of speed.

Speed is anything that makes you heart rate go into double-time and gets you hyped up. As an analogy, think of it as caffeine on steroids, and with psychedelic effects. So not only are you hyped up, but you would be unable to control you body, and would see things that are not really there. Now, because you blood vessels are open, and your heart is going ******* nuts from all of these drugs in your system, it is likely that you will, at the very least, please let me reiterate LEAST, have a heart attack, as the fat one did in the movie. However, because of what all is in your system, how much of it is in there, and what all it does to you, you would be at a ridiculously HIGH risk of DYING from the heart attack or from ODing on the drugs. So please, don't try and make one. Some things should just be left in the movie where they belong. But yes, it is possible for it to be true, but no one in their right mind would be ******* stupid enough to do something like that if they know about the drugs they are doing and what they do to your body.
