Was King George III gay? No. He was happily married to Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz on 8 September 1761. They had 15 children 9 sons and 6 daughters during their 57 year marriage.

She remained loyal and devoted to George through his reign, despite his descent into madness.

The only English king who was believed to be gay (with any evidence to support the claim) wasn't a George, but Edward II in 14th century.
