Sikhs belive that all religions are different pathways to the same god, even thought there are different teachers that helped wiht this.
What i mean by teachers is, Muslims would call their teahcers the "Prophets". But in this case the Sikhs would call their teachers "Gurus".
No, other wise they'd be christians.
Yes, same God for also Christians and Jews.
Christians and Jews believe that there is one true God. Christians and Jews pray to the same God.
It should be that all Christians worship and praise same God.
There are Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs, and muslims in India.
Sikhs don't cut their hair, because Sikhism assumes that whatever God has provided to a human is required and it should be saved, protected and respected. Same is the hair. Sikhs believes in "Sabat Soorat" : Means be in the same way God has created and keep everything gifted by GOD.
The God of Sikhs is same as God of Christians or Allah of Muslims or Rama of Hindus. The core concept of Sikhism is the term ੴ (Ek Ongkar) which means "There is Only One God for All". The belief is that the creator of all humans is the same but you may choose to call him by different names based on your religion, language, or heritage. The Sikh scriptures "Sri Guru Granth Sahib" uses multiple names to refer to God as the Sikh Gurus gave the divine message in local languages to the people. The most common name used by Sikhs for God is Waheguru (ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ) which means "The Wonderful Teacher".
Kind of. Muslims worship Allah, which is Arabic for God. Christians worship the same God, they just don't call him Allah. More importantly, Christians worship Christ, which Muslims do not believe in.
It seems that some people think He is the same, others believe He is not the same. Since both Christians and Muslims believe in a single supreme God, it seems to make sense that it is the same God.
Apart from a few fundamentalists, Jews, Christians, Muslims and Sikhs doe not believe that God gives people any illness, including cancer. Illness is caused by the same scientific laws which enable the Universe - and human life - to exist.
There isn't a particular country they're from. Muslims are from all over the world. Same goes for Christians, Sikhs, Hindus etc.
Sikhs believe there is only one God. You may be getting confused with the Gurus who were sent by God to teach the Sikhs.ANS-2: Sikhs belive in single all mighty GOD called EK ONKAR. The ten GURUs of Sikhs are considered as (GURUs) TEACHERS only and not GOD.
