Sure, but it does depend on the manufacturer of the gun before anyone gives you a definitive yes or no. Spring gun? Gas? Who makes it?
If its spring, you can get hundreds of those on (see related links) if its gas, those are extremely rare and can be sold for about as much as you got it. However, only if its made by KWA will this happen. HFC makes one to its listed as "Darkhawk"
Depends what country you live in, you can find them for $70-$400
Airsoft World are soon to begin selling a 2-tone version of the JG G18c according to their website, though they have not given a due date. I hope this answers your question.

You can only buy them if you're a licensed NFA Class III dealer, and able to obtain a demo letter from your local law enforcement agency. The least expensive one I've seen available for sale under such circumstances was going for $2100.
The KJW Glock 23 only can use KJW Glock 23 magazines. You can buy these from amazon.com for 15 dollars.
Glock 18 was first introduced in 1985. It is made by Austria's Glock AG, it comes in two variants - basic Model 18 and Model 18C. It can have a 10, 17, 19 or a 33 round magazine.
The Airsoft Glock rifle fires a single shot, up to a rate of 600 RPM. And at a speed of around 450-500 FPS. This may vary from gun to rifle, and which model is used to fire.
There is a really nice one by KWA/KSC called the glock 18c or the hfc m9
yes there is an electric fully-semi automatic glock cm030.The only site i really know that sells one is eastcoastairsoft.com. Hope this helps:)
There might be a very high end airsoft pistol which a factory sight can be fitted to, but I'm a bit doubtful about it. With most of your airsoft pistols, the sights are part of the single piece moulding which the slide is made from - they're not like real factory sights, which are separate units that have to be tapped into place after manufacture.
