Is the book of Revelations happening?

I believe we are at the time were the LORD says Im standing at the door. I pray the people in this world wake up and be ready for the LORDS return I think the generation that sees these signs shall not pass before my return is my mothers generation. The LORD tells us to watch for the signs he has told us what the signs are. And they are happening all around us. Israel became a nation in 1948 my mother was born in 1942. We don't know the exact time and day. But we do know it is near. Please don't let Satan lie to you and tell you time is not near. I want you to go to Heaven with me.Accept JESUS as your LORD and BE READY WHEN HE KNOCKS.

In describing the end times, Jesus said, "All these are but the beginning of the birth pains." (Matthew 24:8) He is thus saying that end times events will unfold like the pains of birth; slow at first but growing in number and intensity. He also said:

Matthew 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:

Matthew 24:33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

Answer:That depends greatly on which interpretation of Revelation you agree with. The four most common interpretations are usually called the preterist, historical, futurist, and idealist. The idealist interpretation separates the book entirely from any reference to historical events; whether those of John's day , or those at the time of the end, or those at any time in between. It is seen as a pictorial representation, in highly figurative language, of the great principles of divine government and of good overcoming evil, which are applicable at all times. The preterist interpretation regards the book as referring entirely to its own day: Christianity's struggle with the Roman Empire. It assumes everything was fulfilled during the period it was written and that the story was told with imagery and symbolism to hide its meaning from the first century pagans. The historical interpretation sees in Revelation a prediction of the whole period of church history, from John's time to the end of the world. The futurists interpretation centers the book largely around the time of the Lord's coming and the end of the world. This interpretation holds that most of the book reveals events that are yet to be fulfilled.
