No!!! They give you a list of companies where you can take other surveys...none of which ever pay out money on the surveys completed and they won't give you a refund. I've sent 10 e-mails trying to get a refund and they haven't responded to any of them!
Hey all, here is a good legit website for surveys that a partner and I created: cjsurveys.com
The site is point based and pays out in the form of gift cards to just about every store you can think of. We are based in Dallas, Texas. Site was launched this summer and we are trying to drum up support. It is free to register and we are in the process of getting the site reviewed by some major contributors. Most sites that you see out there are NOT a good bet. But some are the real deal, cjsurveys is one of the real ones. Steer clear of the sites that promise cash. My guess is that company was a collection agency? Never give anyone your bank info, or credit card info. If the company was a legitimate company you were doing business with and you did not authorize payment dispute the charge with your credit card company.
