Yes and no. There is a tremendous amount of misinformation around this subject, and fortunately, Snopes.com did a good job of cutting through the myths. Short answer, there is a 2.3% excise tax ONLY on the sale of medical devices, and it mainly applies to the manufacturers of these machines, which must be for the purpose of diagnosing or treating diseases. The excise tax does not apply to such items as eye-glasses or hearing aids, and internet stories of people seeing the tax applied at such non-medical places as clothing stores are false. (It should also be noted that health industry lobbyists are trying to get the tax removed or scaled back.) I enclose the link to Snopes.com, which explains in detail what is and is not taxed.
Yes.
Obamacare does not have a specific percentage that employers and workers have to pay. However, an employee cannot pay more than 9.5 percent of his income to join the employer's plan and cover himself. (The amount he pays for family coverage can be higher than 9.5 percent of his income or his household income.)
Tricare for Life with Medicare is not affected by Obamacare because it falls under different legislation.
No
If you have a Harris County Gold Card in Texas, you are covered under Medicaid. This means that you do not have to sign up for Obamacare since you are exempt.
can you keep you doctor under Obamacare
yes
Don't know about the excise part - but the phrase "sunset clause" means that written somewhere into the law is a date at which time the law will expire.
There are many pros and cons of Obamacare. Under the ObamaCare 47 million women will gain access to women's health services, including preventive and wellness services. Millions of Americans now have access to preventive and wellness services with no out of pocket costs. Cons for specific groups of Americans. ObamaCare does hurt a small percentage of small businesses, has had a negative effect on insurance premiums and has made some reforms that have hurt some medical industries and their workers. Obamacare has already had a negative impact on hundreds of thousands, who received cancellation notices. It's merely a way to get to Obama's final end on this, a one payer system, the Holy Grail of the left.

No, they will not. In fact, there is a special exemption for their religious beliefs.
Probably no. They would rather pay hundreds of thousands in medical and hospital bills than a few bucks for a shot. Under Obamacare, they just let you die.
