When you plug in both iPods, each should be recognized as a separate removable drive from one another on your PC. Go to computer and open both of the iPods. Then, just drag the music between the two.

You can't transfer the music for iPod to the computer unless you transfered the music to the ipods disk before. (to transfer music to the ipods disk you have to go to my computer/iPod/--what ever ipods file you have--/and put it on there) after you transfer the songs you want to the ipods disk you can then transfer only those songs onto a different computer. Itunes doesnt allow you to use more than one library that's why you have to put the songs on the "disk" first.
