There is a splice or connector that is a rubber tube the right size held in place with two hose clamps. Some have a metal sleeve over the rubber and under the clamps to give it support. They come different sizes up to 4 inch and with different sizes on each end. 1 1/2" on one end and 2" on the other. Any place that has Plumbing supplies should have these.
Professional ANSWERWhen faced with this condition I solder a brass nipple (pipe) inside the lead pipe having threads exposed then one can use a Female adapter to what ever materials your going to connect to.This makes for not only a much stronger joint there is no rubber garbage to dry out overtime
Lead wipe a brass nipple into the lead pipe and then use a female adapter x PVC on the brass threads
purchase a threaded connector, for the PVC pipe, then purchase a metal threaded adaptor for soft pipe, see your hardware man,
I would take out the lead bend and replace it with pvc.
I was in the PVC pipe manufacturing business for over 30 years and have never heard of a "1K PVC" pipe. If "1K" means a 1,000 psi pipe, this does not exist as a commercial product. Sorry.
