Is there any legal help if my bf's ex-wife is stalking us and files false domestic violence reports?

First be sure that the Reports she filed are False. I too believed a boyfriend, that his ex-wife was filing false reports. His whole family joined in, they were very convincing that she was a liar, manipulator, vindictive, etc... It was not that hard to believe, she lashed out at me, lied about me too. However, I married this man and soon his true colors were revealed, as well as his very dysfunctional family. After being married to this man many years, I finally left after years of very violent abuse, I felt ashamed for being so stupid, not seeing all the signs. I realize that although his ex-wife acted out, there was some truth in what she said. She was frustrated because nothing happened to him, he gained custody of their child together because he seemed the more stable parent - he was married to me. He used me to look stable. Their child was tormented with lies & mistrust between them both. He is grown now and has since confided in me that he appreciated me staying with his father for all those years. He was sorry his Father abused me. I am free of his physical abuse, but he still is trying to abuse me financially. I work through that as it comes.

Two days after I left, he has sought his next victim, he has found someone and his family has joined in right along, even telling her the same things they told me, " You are the best thing that ever happen" - "Good things always come to those who wait" - " she is vindictive" , and so on... I have contemplated whether or not I should call her, but I know there are plenty of people in their network that know what he did. - And if she wanted the truth she could come to me.

So if you want the truth - ASK HER - privately, calmly, and respectfully her side. Look for the signs - Keep your mind and eyes open. Good Luck !
