First, I am not sure that this question is accurate. There are many patriotic songs, and liberals are generally not offended by them, since it is a myth that liberals are not patriotic. But in our hyper-partisan era, there are many songs (especially in the country genre) that do seem to spread that myth that liberals do not love America. Interestingly, Toby Keith did not write "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue" to "offend liberals." He wrote it right after 9/11, to reflect the anger many Americans felt. And it should also be noted that Keith has said in print that while he did vote for President Bush, he does not consider himself a Republican. In fact, on several occasions, he has spoken in favor of Democratic proposals. He says that he considers himself an independent and would vote for any candidate whom he believes would do a good job for the country and make it a better place. That said, if you want some songs that are super-patriotic, there are many to choose from. But whether these songs would "offend liberals" is difficult to say, unless the lyrics of the song specifically say bad things about what liberals supposedly believe.
