He is your ex and she is your best friend - you may not like it but not all people are compatible and if they are then be happy for them and move on. This way you can continue your friendship and there are other guys that would be happy to be with you. Don't dwell on or let one guy get you down - you are going to date many other guys throughout your life and its best to learn how to move on now. If you feel uncomfortable you don't have to be around them when they are together spend time with your friend when it can be just you two.
