Answer:

According to Roman Catholicism:

She was a virgin before and after the birth of Christ, for her whole life. She had no other children. People may make reference to The Bible talking about Jesus' "brothers", but in the Bible any male relative can be referred to as a brother.

Another Answer: According to contemporary Evangelicalism:

James was the brother of Jesus. Mary was only a virgin before the birth of Christ. Afterwards, she and Joseph lived as husband and wife.

The strong tradition during the times of Mary, Joseph, Jesus and His siblings was that both a man and a woman would abstain or be virgins before a marriage. Such was the case for Mary. When she was married to Joseph, the Bible indicates they had additional children in the husband & wife relationship.

The Bible clearly indicates that no one other than Jesus has ascended to the 3rd heaven where the throne of God and the spiritual realm is. All have died since Adam and are 'sleeping' awaiting their call to the Judgment process:

John 3:13Contemporary English Version (CEV)13 No one has gone up to heaven except the Son of Man, who came down from there.

2 Timothy 4:1Contemporary English Version (CEV)4 When Christ Jesus comes as king, he will be the judge of everyone, whether they are living or dead...

Northern Ireland does not belong to England. The two of them, along with Scotland and Wales, form the United Kingdom. At present, the majority of people in Northern Ireland want to remain part of the United Kingdom. Until such time that that changes, it will remain part of the United Kingdom. England has no say in that.

Do you go to heaven after purgatory?

OpinionYes, when a soul enters purgatory it begins the cleansing process, (removal of sins) so the soul can be purely good and so worthy to be entirely in God's presence (heaven). In other words a soul in heaven is guarenteed a place in heaven.OpinionSome churches believe that Purgatory is a temporary state before you can go to heaven. While some other churches believe that it is a place for those not good enough for heaven, but too good for hell; and once in purgatory you remain there indefinitely.Other churches do not believe there is a purgatory at all; they believe that after death people go directly to heaven or hell depending on how God judges them.
