I am 17 years old and engaged to a 23 year old, so trust me when I say that there is no way to do this other than emancipation which requires parental consent. Also, your friend would have to be at least 16 and be able to financially support herself. It sucks, I know, but she just has to wait until she is 18 to move out. That is what I am doing. Hang in there.
