Probably not recommended but you can disconnect your battery for about 30 seconds (the neg terminal under the hood near/on the wheel well). OR you can go to Auto Zone and they will do it for free! with a code tester. But..... I think the last time I went I was told they couldn't clear the codes anymore so call and check.
