I've had a 1995 Buick Riviera that I had to find the tension release on before. I'm sure they are the same. Just look all along the belt. It will be a pulley pressing against the belt. It should have what looks like the head of a bolt. Find a LARGE wrench that fits it and try pulling either way any you should see it release pressure on the belt. Don't worry about loosening that "bolt", it won't loosen. It is made for the purpose of leverage.
