There is a fuse box in the cab on the front passenger side. When you open the door you will see the cover plate in the dash about level with the glove box only on the side of the dash. The is hidden while the door is shut. The fuse for the power locks I believe is labeled auxilary power. If not it will be goo to check all your fuses anyways.
