But less obvious might be a little more information about a persons past expecially when a person is put on the spot they will get nervous or not show up for the interview or something of the nature.It also could be that people want to know if you have an addictive personality which would conflict with certain things like temtations or stress.Its really just being extra careful about who you decide to have working for you now days.
