I highly doubt it. No one's ever told me that & I've got Raynaud's. Because it's simply related to temperatures then there is no real long-term threat as one can always go inside and warm up.
I have, however, found some improvement in my disease through holistic blood analysis, body cleansing (inside) and changing my diet alot (removing some products and adding others) and increasing exercise (level of heart rate & circulation, etc). I still use mitts, Hotshots, etc. but have improved alot. Very pleased.
No, a company can't garnish a workman comp permanent disability check.
what earnings must i report to workmans comp
In Australia it can.
sure
Yes, the disability insurance payments can be paid on top of any workers comp payments received, if the policy's benefit is not integrated with any supplemental benefits. If your disability insurance policy is integrated with supplemental disability benefits, then the disability payments will be offset dollar for dollar by any mount received from workers comp or social security. That's why when you get a disability insurance policy, it is advised to include all or most of the disability benefit amount as "base benefit" which does not offset by any supplemental benefits received.
Deaths and permanent total disability.
Because Workers Comp and disability are health issues, you can file for unemployment, but you have to qualify for them under Kentucky's laws like everyone else.

To receive work mans comp or disability then yes. Ask you company
Disability differs from state to state. Check with your local office for info on filing an appeal if you don't think the amount is correct.
If you are able to work, you can get it. If you can't leave your bed because of a disability, you can't. They expect you to be looking for a job. If you are getting workman's comp disability, you can't get unemployment. You'd have to stop getting the workman's comp if you want unemployment.
you can either find a disability attorney to assist you or call and file an appeal claim directly with the short term disability. Is this for Workmen's comp or a federal disability like SSDI or with a insurance company like Aflac?
