Many delicious things! One of my favorites is orange sweet potatoes - slice an orange in half, scoop out the insides (remove seeds), and slice into small chunks. Follow your favorite sweet potato recipe, though before cooking, mix the chunks of orange into the uncooked sweet potato. Scoop this mixture back into the now empty orange rinds, place on a cookie sheet, and bake as original recipe directs. You'll end up with a delicious fruity sweet potato, presented in perfectly proportioned orange rinds!

100g butter.

Juice of 2 Oranges and grated peel (not the bitter white part).

100g grated almonds.

250g flour.

9g baking powder.

2 egg whites, beaten until foamy.

1/2 tsp salt.

Mix all ingredients slowly, eggs last, fill mass in buttered baking form, then bake in 375F preheated oven for 45 min.

2 large oranges, peeled and cubed.

1 tomato, seeded and cubed.

½ jalapeno chili, minced.

½ cup of red onion, minced.

1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro.

1 teaspoon orange peel, grated.

1 teaspoon ginger root, minced.

1 teaspoon garlic, minced.

Pinch of salt.

Combine all of the ingredients, except the cilantro, in a suitably sized bowl.

Place in a refrigerator for about 30 minutes, until chilled.

Stir in the cilantro and serve as desired. 10 oz of mandarin oranges, drained.

1 medium egg, slightly beaten.

1 ½ cup of flour.

½ cup of sugar.

½ cup of butter.

¼ cup of milk.

1 ¾ teaspoon of baking powder.

½ teaspoon of salt.

¼ teaspoon of allspice.

¼ teaspoon of nutmeg. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Sift the flour with all of the other dry ingredients.

Add the butter.

Mix together the beaten egg and the milk, then add to dry ingredients and mix until just moistened.

Fold in the mandarin orange pieces.

Fill greased muffin tins about three-quarters full.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Serve as desired. 3 1/2 lb of roasting chicken, jointed.

8 fl oz of Orange Juice.

2 oz of margarine, melted.

Rind of two oranges, grated.

Rind of two lemons, grated.

3 tablespoons of honey.

1 1/2 teaspoons of salt.

1 teaspoon of dry mustard.

2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

1 tablespoon of water

3 teaspoons of cornflour. Combine the grated rinds, mustard, honey and salt. Spread the mixture on the chicken. Then cover and let stand for about thirty minutes.

Preheat the oven to 160F.

Pour half of the margarine into a baking dish and add the chicken (skin side up), in single layer.

Pour the orange and lemon juices over the chicken, then spoon over the remaining half of the margarine.

Bake for about 45 minutes, occasionally basting.

Turn the chicken over and bake for another 30 minutes more.

Turn it skin-side up again and bake for another 15 minutes until cooked through and browned.

Strain the juices from the baking dish into a small saucepan and skim off the excess fat. Combine the cornflour and water, add to the saucepan and bring to the boil, constantly stirring. Simmer gently over a low heat.

Pour the sauce over the chicken, then pour the honey on top.

Here's a recipe for oranges. Its called Orange Cookie Recipe.

Instructions:

Start by preheating the oven to 300 degrees F.

Get a bowl and place the eggs, sugar and butter and mix well using an electric mixer.

Once you see the mixture getting a creamy form, you can start adding the orange juice to the mixture.

Place the flour and baking soda together into another bowl to mix the dry ingredients, once they are mixed out and ready, add this to the previous mixture.

Use a spoon to place the cookies on the baking dissh once the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Allow the baking dish to bake for about 10-15 minutes. Keep checking the mixture when it bakes.

Once you are done, use your gloves and take out the baking sheet and leave the cookies out to cool. This batch should make about 2 dozen orange cookies.
