check your bell housing mounting bolts. they might be loose, it might also be your wheel bearings or your tires have flat spots, or they are not properly balanced. to a motor speed doesn't matter, it matters from the tranny back. if it was the motor it would occur at the same RPM in every gear, or it would be constant.

Why 92 Beretta water temp OK but poor heat output from heater?

I'm still trying to figure that one out. I am having the same problem. I have replaced the blower motor, replaced vaccum lines, everything works. I have hot heat but not blowing enough out. I'm going to try to back flush it.

You replaced the blower motor for the heater of your 92 beretta it worked for a while then stopped Any ideas on what to do next Thanks?

Check the fuses and blower relay. Also check to make sure that the replacement blower motor has not failed. If these items are good then the electrical system will need to be tested to see where the blower system is losing power.
