To reset the ABS and brake lights on a 2002 Toyota MR2, trying disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes. A Toyota dealer can also reset the lights.
Yes
Not sure what you mean? Are you talking about the stop lamp switch that is located behind the brake pedal arm? These can not really be reset, and do go bad all the time! They cost about $25 and are really easy to just replace if you want it. Then you will need to probably clear out some codes from the esp/bas control modules.
If they are the same as BMW they wear with the pads and must be replaced to reset the light Regardless of any engineering answer, they are a wear part of the braking system and connected to the electronic controls you rely on like ABS......they cost $2. You decide. I just changed my pads and rotors and you should always change the sensor as they wear with the pads. The sensor for my c240 cost me $17.00 at Mercedes. You can also get them on eBay if this is a little expensive.
It is a ride control issue, one of your airmatic sensors is having an issue, this is the system that controls the suspension and ride on your mercedes.
The Sprinters usually have them in the bottom of the driver side footwell.
JUST TAKE IT TO MIDAS
Read the drivers hand book or car manual. It is easy to do.
