It is possible that the pregnancy is not stable (sorry to be the bearer of potentially bad news). This is not for sure and you should have another scan about a week after the first.
Your HCG levels need to be stable to support the pregnancy. Your body may be still trying to decide whether it is truly pregnant or not! The fact that there was no heartbeat could just mean that it is a little early.
Try to relax and have another scan before you start to worry.
