If they are torque to yield. That means if you torque it to a certain number and then have to turn it ,say, 90 degrees more. the answer is yes because you are stretching the bolts.
starter is located under intake plenum on 4.6 cadillac motor .which is the engine valley between cylinder heads. Can be replaced without changing intake gaskets if careful about lifting intake plenum/gaskets are silicone rubber and can be reused if not damaged
A common cause of problems in cylinder head gaskets is leaks in the gasket. When a leak forms, the gasket must be replaced.
The heads don't necessarily need to be resurfaced when you change the head gaskets unless you think they may be cracked. They should be resurfaced every time the gaskets are changed, but you can get by without resurfacing them.

There are many gaskets on any car engine. If you are asking about head gaskets, they are between the cylinder head(s) and the engine block. The cylinder head is under the valve cover. --------------
Run a compression test to see if the cylinder is mechanically functioning properly.
My initial thought would be a vacuume leak. Check all hose connections first. If everything there is good check the fuel injectors gaskets. Then if that doesnt fix it, run a leak down test to see if there is a leak in the intake gaskets.
Changing head gaskets for a 2004 f350 involves many steps. Any wiring, air lines, and anything else over the valve cover will have to be removed as well as the intake. The valve cover is removed, along with the rockers and push rods. Then the head can be unbolted and the gasket replaced.
Four cylinder has one. Six cylinder has two.
The intake & exhaust manifold must be removed, then the head is remove. Head inspected for cracks and warpage, all gaskets replaced and all parts reinstalled.
Not on the head gaskets.
I was not aware that headgaskets were repairable. I have always replaced them with new gaskets. If you mean who replaces headgaskets, then that would be an engine mechanic.
