What you wrote here is not a question. I don't know what you are wanting to know about a ticket. The ticket will show up on your Virginia drivers license even though you received it in another state. As far as the status of your license that will depend on your home state.
Yes, the current state you are in is the state that you must follow the laws by. You will have points on your license for an accident in Maryland even if you are in Virginia.
A Maryland drivers license is good for 5 years
The letter N on a commercial driver's license in Maryland is an endorsement code. This code authorizes the driver's license holder to drive a tank vehicle.

South Carolina as well as Maryland belong to the Driver License Compact (DLC). This compact allows for the free flow of motor vehicle information amongst states with the exception of Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Tennessee and Massachusetts. Depending on how fast you were going you may be in luck. Maryland, although a member of the DLC, does not assign points to minor offense committed in other states. Moreover, the state of Maryland only uses the DLC for major offenses. If you offense is considered major, it will probably result in 2 points on your Maryland license. If it is considered a minor offense, you may not see any points assesed to your license.
No. You can only get a driver's license from the state you live in.
Yes. Under the Interstate Driver's License Compact, California will notify Maryland of the conviction and Maryland will assess points on your license. If you fail to take care of the Cali ticket, MD will be notified and your driver's license will be suspended until the Cali matter is taken care of. Consult with an attorney because there may be other ramifications to your MD license based on the type of offense, etc.
You do get two point for moving violations done out side NJ, with NJ license. Check out the MVC site.http://www.state.nj.us/mvc/Violations/penalties_otherStates.htmKrishna
YES
If you're a resident of Illinois, then yes.
A speeding ticket in Tennessee can affect your South Carolina driving license. South Carolina can choose to fine the driver, or suspend their license.
