Floribbean encompasses the Caribbean's cultures withn additions of cookery techniques and foodstuffs from the Southern United States, Asian cooking techniques and Locally harvested Florida foods like; Alligator tail, Quail, Swamp cabbage, and so many neo-classic Spanish and Creole cookery topics and elements that they can't be categorized as "Caribbean" only.
