In "The Autobiography of Calvin Coolidge" (1929) on page 14 Coolidge describes his grandfather, Calvin Galusha Coolidge. "His mother and her family showed a marked trace of Indian blood. I never saw her but he took me one time to see her sister, his very aged aunt, whom we found sitting in the chimney corner smoking a clay pipe." Calvin Coolidge's father and the president's eldest son "look" to be Native American. Jim Cooke www,crankyyankees.net
