Hi, Nothing is wrong hun. This does happen with a lot of women. Did the doctor rule out pregnancy by doing a urine test or a blood test? Or both? If he didn't then you need to make sure your not pregnant. Apart from that, everything is perectly fine. Your doseage was changed because the doseage you was on before wasn't high enough for you and this caused the spotting.
