They are separate issues, and just like child support, a motion must be filed to enforce access rights. see links below
they are completely separate just because you pay child support has nothing to do with visitation, sorry
yes, because deers live in some residential areas
In the US, child support and visitation are two separate things. You are legally responsible for financially supporting your child rather you have visitation or not. If your ex refuses to allow visitation then you need to petition for court-ordered visitation. If you obtain that and the ex still refuses, then s/he is in violation of a court order and there are consequences for that. If, on the other hand, you don't have visitation because the court refuses to allow it (for whatever reason)...well, that's a different issue.
Visitation rights and child support are 2 separate issues in court. They see to what is best for the child and it often is to see both parents. It also depends on why he is not paying child support. If there is such order and he is not paying there are ways the court can see to that he does but you need to let them know he is not paying. You can not deny him visitation on your own, that would be breaking the court order and will get you into legal trouble. It's up to the court to decide if he is unfit for visitation based on his criminal past. Just because you've been to jail in the past does not mean you are a unfit parent now.
Only the court has the power to deny visitation rights.
You still have to pay child support, it's for your son and not his dad, but if he is breaking your agreement you have to go to the police or court.
because Breaking Dawn is a new day, Bella and Edward's new life Because the Volturi come at the 'breaking of dawn'
Only the court can deny rights, the mother can not.
The Florida peninsula is the entire state of Florida. It is located in the southeastern corner of the US.
Maybe. City law could prevent a residential storage unit like that on the property. Having had two storage containers in my driveway from September to December because of a pipe breaking in my house flooding it I couldn't wait to get them emptied and off my driveway. To get something like that permanently city, local, or county laws would have to be considered.
Because breaking dawn is the last book, dur
Unless your visitation order specifically addresses transportation and scheduling conflicts it would not be considered your exes fault if you miss your visitation. If there is an order allowing vistitation at specific times you are responsible for making your schedule work for the visits or petitioning the court to have the visitation times changed.
