Facts about Dairy Pakistan

Introduction:

Pakistan Dairy Development Company or Dairy Pakistan or PDDC was established by federal government to develop the dairy sector of Pakistan. It had a total fund of Rupees 2.4 billion. But unfortunately, no surveys were done to sort out the actual problems being faced by the farmers. The company started its work in start of 2006. The fund is only to serve white people of New Zealand and Australia. It is actually not for farmers because up till now, very little fund has been used for dairy farmers of Pakistan. PDDC has appointed a lot of illiterate, arrogant and rude type of foreigners who have no sense to talk to a dairy farmer. They have been appointed by only the base of nationalism. Presently this company is working under Ministry of Special Initiatives whose minister is Mr. Laal Khan.

Employees:

There are two types of employees of Pakistan Dairy Development Company PDDC:

Pakistanis (treated as blacks, Kaalay, inferior, slaves), and Foreigners (treated as Whites, Goraay, superior, masters). There is lot of difference among the salaries and facilities given these two communities. These all facilities are being paid by poor nation's taxes. Alas!

Education:

All Pakistani technical staff is well educated from internationally well known universities of Pakistan, minimum qualification level is B.Sc. (hons) or 16 years qualification. And maximum qualified people are M-Phil and PhDs. They are getting average salaries Rs 20000 to Rs 40000. All Pakistani staff is bound to 100% follow what the Goraa has said either its right or wrong.

Whereas, non-technical staff includes labors, drivers and diploma holders. They are getting salaries according to standard labor rules of Pakistan.

Unfortunately, no foreigner has ever seen any university in his whole life. Nobody knows how to conduct a research trial, what is a research paper, what is a thesis, what is importance of conducting researches. They are lacking even in basic knowledge of dairying. They in a hypocrite way have learnt lot of things about dairying from Pakistani expert staff. They have come into Pakistan only because they are Goraas. This is their only qualification and experience. They are very much rude people. Actually they are old enough, unable to serve their own countries, rejected from their countries. They all were Bus drivers, Truck drivers or laymen in their own countries; even then they are getting pays here in Pakistan Rs 500000 to Rs 1000000 (USD 6250 to USD 12500). Pakistan has very bad destiny that these type of people are wasting its resources in development of that industry which requires very much sensitive working approach and true efforts with all scientific research.

Six month Evaluation:

It is performed on 6 month basis. Its purpose is to evaluate knowledge of a technical person, then on the basis of this evaluation, it is decided to increase one's pay or not, or if increase, how much to be increased. For every issue, there are 4 levels: trainee, becoming competent, competent, and highly competent. Unfortunately, they do dot rank any Pakistani under highly competent even he has PhD degree (because he is a Kaala), whereas, every Goraa is given the rank highly competent even if he is a bus driver or truck driver.

As no Pakistani is given the rank of highly competent, so no or very less increment is given into pays. There is no check and balance, nobody to do evaluation of these stupid Goraas.

Farmers:

Farmers' community is very poor community in Pakistan. Everyone comes to make us fool. Same way, PDDC has come to make us fool and digest all the funds. This community should be the actual class to be focused by PDDC, but unfortunately, no or very less funds have been given to us. Actually, policy of Pakistan Dairy development Company PDDC has been made in a way so that farmer gets nothing but a very non sense type of technical advices. Just imagine how a truck driver or a bus driver can give us a "TECHNICAL ADVICE". It is just a ridiculous statement. Promises have been made by PDDC's Farm Prduction Advisors with the farmers that PDDC will pay you cash after 3 years, how? Nobody knows! Till that time, these looters will loot all the funds which are actually being paid by the innocent public of Pakistan, and in the long run, farmers will get nothing but fake promises in their hands. This way, the tummies of Goraas will be developed only, dairy can never develop.

Recently, they have decided a style to slaughter the farmers on the name of this fake technical advice. Their staff will give advice, as farmer is somewhat lazy, he will act upon lesser, so PDDC will get chance to cancel the contracts with the farmers and save fund again for Goraas' accounts

Role of Media:

Media must have many interviews with all staff of PDDC again and again so it may put true picture of Dairy Pakistan before public and farmers.

Role of Government:

Pakistani Government is hypocrite as always. Government has no courage to kick the looters team of Goraas out of the country. Government is paying them with high amounts of money as funds. This way, we are deteriorating our funds and dairy industry. It is need of time to think upon it very seriously and kick all of them back into their own countries.

A Farmer's Request:

For the sake of God, please STOP all this type of projects which are white elephants for the poor nation and have no role in the development of Pakistan. Do not afraid of these stupid Goraas. They can do nothing against us if we are right. Just kick them out of our sweet country and spend the funds in a proper way. This way, the dream of white revolution may come true.

N0 1. Nobody actaully knows who was and who is the managment of PDDC. they are minister from Federal government, selected members for board of governors, whos names are hidden. ripped the money actually US aid money since begining. they are the body who use funds allocate them and skim. Foreigners have no direct access to any funds, they get paid per their contracts and the propganda against goras, drawing big salary is total lie. i give you one example if you earn 50,000 in Pakistan, will you go to a foreign country for same 50,000 pak rupees and leave your family behind. will you prefer working abroad for same money when you have to pay your expences in that country and sent money to family in pak. if some body has brains i don't think so. the goras are getting paid 5 to 6000 dollors salary which is normal wages in their country, only utilities save money.

Hundereds of pakistanis are working abroad nobody alleged them for getting paid as equal to those nationals or more. what is wrong here. wake up pakistanis don't show to the rest of world that we are racist and prejuidice. and Why calling our selves blacks or servants. the fact we never came out of slavery, we were slaves to Indians, mughals, Persians and English and we still are in our roots. this is not the case somebody treat us like that, we want to be treated like that becase we have made our reputation as international beggars. we beg and we beg with an art.

When a project get approved, and budget came it is common sense that all salaries and expenses have been counted and budget approved. now apart from those salaries if there is less money spent on farming, it means the approval for farmers havn't been approved by accounts and logistics. in PDDC the accounts comprises of all paksitanis including GM finance. Now the question is if goras have not any hold on finances, how this coruption can occured.

NO2. the gora team has established those imortant steps which Pakistani graduates and phds could not do. the reason is known to everyone. if some body is in field of agriculture studies any disciplin they can tell the course books are compiresed of books writen before 20, 30 and 40 year. and information in new books are not updated. that is why these goras without graduation degree can be handy over 100 graduates. but in reality all the staff have been to colleges and universities. Education is compulsory and easy to get in their countries don't forget that. educational level is far more advanced. our graduates can not sit in competition with their school going kids. Just like it happened in past always. changing governments take credit of previous government's establishment and put allegation for failures of them to another, this happened in PDDC too. If the writer of above article think that he or she has lot of information on PDDC, they should know that ex ceo fought against corruption. he didnt agreed to take money from ministry as minister wanted some percent of it and for that reason company got effected.

No 3. The reasons why PDDC did not achieve set targets are, lacking and releasing of funding from Government. Lazy and corrupted Accountants (all accountants are Pakistani). in begining few pakistanis in senior positions took advantage , they looted money in form of buying cars for more money, banks accounts openings and etc. but nobody couldn't say anything as there was not evidances. Now putting blame of goras just shows incompetcany and lack of facing our true selves.

No4. if some farmer is suffering he should know that he is suffering due to lazy paksitani staff. they take ages to start any of farm, they lost paper work or some body steals some thing. The purpose of PDDC was not serving goras, it was originally for farmers and more milk production and started with original intention in Musharf's Govt later after government turn over its only purpose to serve ministers incharge.

Can we be that blind. if these goras can work abroad they could go to any other country like Philippines, Indonesia or Vietnam and get paid more but they risk their lives working in Pakistan where every week a blast was gonig on. they went to farm and ate and drink with local people. they teach them and helped them. they kept PDDC working under termoil period.

one more thing i should write here. we all know that goras are genrally devoted and committed ppl with their work and they don't like been told lies. so if the writer of above original article found goras rude it is because he must be sick of lies and bribes and blackmailing and what not. Just imagine your self living in a place where you don't have to use any reference for any matter. where you don't have to give bribes for your work done and where you can stand with truth without fear. How free you will feel? so if we live in a place where we stand with lies every day, the goras can not adopt so quikly to that, they get frustrated.
