What are Disadvantages and advantages of child marriage?

Here are some that come to mind:

1. If the marriage is forced for political or social reasons, the parents might not take care in seeing if the couple is likely to be compatible in terms of personality. If the parents have a good mind for how psychology works, they could choose at least satisfactory matches. But this is likely to be a miserable arrangement.

2. Such marriages don't always become loving relationships. At least if you choose, you would know who delights your soul and turns you on.

3. It could arguably be a violation of human rights and autonomy. It could lead to resentments in the family, if not violence.

4. The couple might not both be of compatible sexual orientations. That could be a problem since the couple may be distant, or they may look outside the marriage for sex and affection. Since outside relationships might not be seen as being for keeps, that could cause promiscuity and increase the risk of giving the married partner a disease (assuming they are even attempting sex together).

5. Women often pay the largest price in this. In various places in the world, girls are married off very young. That is due to poverty, and girls being seen as a burden. So the families marry them off for the dowry money from the groom's family. The groom is often brutal, or the groom's family may want to try to force her to reimburse them for the dowry using prostitution. In somewhat recent news, a girl was married off at age 12 and forced into prostitution. They tortured her and broke the joints of her fingers because she resisted.

I don't know what you mean by "child marriage" but I cannot imagine any advantages to it whatever it is.
